Park Vendor Review respects intellectual property rights and follows a strict policy regarding alleged copyright infringements in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Here’s how we address concerns related to copyrighted content:
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you suspect any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a notice with the following details to our Designated Agent:
a. Your signature (physical or electronic) representing the infringed copyright's owner.
b. Description of the copyrighted work in question.
c. Location details of the alleged infringing content, so we can locate it.
d. Your contact details: address, phone number, and email.
e. A statement of your belief that the content wasn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
f. A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Park Vendor Review will:
a. Take down or disable the alleged infringing content.
b. Inform the content's provider or poster about the action.
c. Warn repeat offenders and may terminate their access if violations persist.
2. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your content was wrongfully taken down, you can send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with:
a. Your signature (physical or electronic).
b. Description and original location of the content before removal.
c. A statement explaining your belief that the removal was based on a misinterpretation.
d. Your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of your local Federal Court or, if you're outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction where Park Vendor Review is based. Also, indicate your acceptance to accept legal service from the individual who reported the original infringement.
If we receive a counter-notice, we might:
- Inform the original reporter and share the counter-notice.
- Restore the removed content or access to it within 10-14 business days, unless the original reporter seeks legal action against the content poster.
