Campspot has released its third annual campground awards, recognizing and rewarding the most outstanding campgrounds that use the brand's booking platform. Drawing from more than 50,000 data points provided by their own reservation software, Campspot analyzed demand, occupancy, reviews, and more to award campgrounds that excelled in 15 diverse categories.
Campspot hopes these awards will help campers and RVers find locations that offer travelers “exceptional outdoor experiences that stand out against more conventional and potentially pricier travel alternatives,” according to Erin Stender, CMO at Campspot.
In a nod to the budget minded traveler, Campspot published the starting rates of its top 10 campground winners, showcasing campsites available for as low as 33 dollars per night at Canyon View RV Resort in Grand Junction, Colorado. They also provide opportunities for a splurge on the top 10 list, which features a 245 dollar per night A-frame cabin at Brialee Family Campground in Ashford, Connecticut.
